Security Services Integration Program

One of the universal reasons companies are reluctant to switch long-time security providers is the difficulty in making the transition.  To ensure the transition process to our security services is as smoothly and efficiently as possible, Prusik Security Group operates a comprehensive Integration plan.  We are continually updating and revising our plan to accommodate evolving business practices.  Fundamentally, the plan features key components:  A Transition Team, strategic integration processes with a timetable, and systematic procedures for selecting and training personnel.

The Transition Team

Upon contract award, a Transition Team is activated to begin the process of integrating Prusik USA’s security services into your operations.  The Team assesses all components of your facility, preferred procedures and desired outcomes.  We then quantify that data and build a profile of the type(s) of officers that will be needed, and requisite training to protect your property.  The Transition Team is comprised of local and regional personnel.   Prusik USA is responsible for their expenses throughout the Security Services Integration Program.

Officer Selection

In situations where we are replacing another contractor, we will consider retaining incumbent personnel prior to going through the recruitment process with client approval.  All officers, regardless of their prior experience, must pass our Selection Process, pass our drug screening test, attend and graduate from State mandated training and the Prusik Basic Academy.

Strategic Integration Processes

Although it can vary, a transition typically takes place over 30 days.  All transitions operate on a timetable that has been mutually agreed upon between Prusik USA and the client.  The timetable is actually a plan that moves the transition process through a systematic procedure from inception to completion.  All Prusik USA employees involved with the transition operate by this timetable that features many checks to prevent errors or missed deadlines.
